Sea World

My vacation turned out so well that even now I am in the vacation mode/mood. (Just saying..)!!
We went to Sea World the next day we reached San Diego. The sun did shine pretty well during the day, though the mornings and evenings were chilly. We left our hotel as early as 9 am and were standing in the queue for tickets by 9:30.

As we entered, we were delighted to see the Christmas decorations. We clicked few pictures there, then studied our map and headed to the rides and shows!
To mention a few, the best attraction was 'Shamu' and all the dolphins. They were so damn playful. They jumped, dived, obeyed, smiled, danced, kissed, posed and what not! Never knew this side of their nature. They are so very cute!
I simply wanted to take them home. I only wish I could…

Other than that, we also enjoyed several aerial and water rides, and spent rest of our time watching and playing with different kinds of marine creatures.

Let me warn you, this is a picture heavy post, as I could not resist posting few good pictures from our visit.

P.S. Have you ever been to Sea World (or plan to visit)? What did you like the most? Share with me.

Road Side

I am back! Back from my vacation, back from San Diego, back home and back on the blog!
So on this Thanksgiving weekend, we went to San Diego aka the city in motion. Remember, I told you about it in this post?
Well, we went to San Diego Zoo and Sea World and did some amazing shopping on Black Friday. We stayed in a wonderful hotel in downtown. I loved the view from our room. But, the Sea World takes the cake! Watch out for some fun pictures in the next post.

Missed blogging so much, but more than that enjoyed the 4 days outing. It was much needed. And thankfully it was not dead cold there too. Weather was pleasant and by pleasant I mean sunny during the day and a little bit chilly during the mornings and evenings. That’s how winters should be.. in an ideal world. Isn't it?

Today, posting a few pictures from my road trip (Phoenix to San Diego).
How did you spend your thanksgiving weekend? Relaxed at home or went out somewhere?? Do let me know :)

Cheers

Thank you

We find it easy to ask for favors but difficult to thank.
May this Thanksgiving give you more reasons to thank God each day!
Happy Thanksgiving!

Yes, I am wishing in advance because I hope my best wishes may reach you all in advance, and secondly on Thanksgiving, I would be off on a holiday!
After so long, it is going to be a week long holiday, and I can't wait more for this Thursday to come.
I shall definitely reveal the location, and with pictures.

On this thanksgiving, thank everyone you know.
Thank your parents, your siblings, and your love
Thank all your friends and relatives.
Be thankful because it's the fall season.
Happy Thanksgiving again!

Above all, I thank you all my lovely readers, followers and blogger friends for reading, liking and appreciating my work here. I can't be more happy and content.

A BIG THANK  YOU!!

See you all next week :)

Cheers

Jacket Time

I am a happy girl today! I got my driving license yesterday. All tests passed. All things good. I can legally drive now on U.S. soil.
Hence, I and Gaurav (my husband) decided to celebrate. (By the way, do we need a reason?)
An excellent date night was planned with a movie and a dinner.

We ate Greek food and went to watch "Breaking Dawn Part 2". And if you follow me on Twitter, you would know how much I loved the movie!

I have always been a big fan of the twilight series, and was eagerly waiting (*read: dying*) to see the last movie, which turned out superb! Loved every bit of it. The movie hall was over booked! People went crazy, there was hooting, clapping and that was 'some good fun night'! Yeah!!

Well, this is what I wore for shopping last week. The weather here has chilled out a bit and I am enjoying it!
Have fun people :)

Cheers
Ritika
