San Diego - Pacific Beach

This is what I wore on the second day of my recent San Diego trip. Remember this one? Well, I completely forgot to post these pictures (how can I? - I know!).. But better late than never, right? Right.

Okay, so we went to the Pacific beach and the water was so cold, it was chilling! And I could not dare going into the waters (for more than 15 seconds at a stretch)! Simply because my feet froze the moment I stepped into the water. Well, then we (husband, I and a friend) simply lounged around wearing swimsuits, however, I am not that daring (yet) to post my full pictures wearing a swimsuit on my blog (hence, the cropped pictures, sorry!) But never say never, right? Right.

So we kept lying down on the sand and talked about our future plans, shared secrets, ate french fries, sipped cola's and gazed at people! What a fun day it was! Also managed to do a little shopping from the outlet mall.
Now, simply looking at these pictures make me want to go on another vacation... or a road trip... or a beach... or well anything (yes, anything - anywhere - just take me somewhere)! Well I am definitely not one to live without vacations for long!

The Little Black Dress

Here is how I styled my favorite Little Black Dress (LBD). It's my favorite cause it was gifted by my husband on my 25th birthday! Love it for its simplicity. It’s like a blank canvas and you can style it whichever way you like!

And if you are wondering, I got a blow dry done on this day, hence the straight hair.

On other note, things I am loving at the moment - 

• White Nail Paints – Wearing the same in these pictures, they look so awesome! Try this out..
• Satchel Bags – The more the merrier (recently bought this cobalt blue beauty)
• Summer Dresses – Just can’t get enough of them! The light and flowy fabric does the magic! Love this one and drooling over this one..
• Gladiator sandals – Nothing else screams more bohemian! Love how they can transform any polished look in to boho-chic. Eyeing these babies right now.

Extremely Wide

I simply couldn’t help! I had to buy these babies, they were alluring me! ASOS does a very good job in making 'one of a kind' fabulous stuff, I am happily hooked to that website lately!
I know, many of you would have guessed by now what this post is going to be about! Okay, so here is my version of my favorite wide legged pants. The color is so rich and the fabric is so smooth and comfortable, that I couldn't stop touching and feeling it the moment it came in the mail! These pants look more beautiful in person (than pictures) and I feel awesome wearing them. The day I wore it and went out, 3 different strangers complimented me! And let me tell you – one of them was a handsome gentleman (you see, not only women but men notice too)!!
Well anyways, my husband was not that fond of this outfit, but like a strong woman, I chose to love wear it anyway, and head out! And I am proud I did (anyways, what does he know about fashion!!) LOL..!!

Drops of Neon

Sometimes, situations are only black and white in life. No color – just black or white. Few things happen in life which make you wonder – what plans does God have for you? If he is our biggest well-wisher, then why something bad ever happens? And specially to those who are so good, and do good to others!

Well, my questions can not be answered by anyone as of now, since I am not ready to accept defeat so easily, or so soon! I will try again, once again, for sure. And this time, He will have to give me what I am asking for!
